2500 years-old, the Thai traditional massage originates from Shiatsu, the Indian Ayurveda and Yoga. It is a paced and choreographic massage practiced wearing a traditional Thai outfit on a futon and without oils. It stimulates the all the body’s energetic lines called “Sen” in a sequence of squeezes with the thumbs, the hand’s palm, the elbows, the knees and the feet, followed by stretching postures and joint mobilizations in order to restore the body’s energetic balance.
